Batterie d'artillerie Malo Terminus

Originally, this coastal battery brought by the French in 1778, to protect the port of Dunkirk from attacks by the English fleet. In 1939 the battery upgraded and in 1940 it was attacked and occupied by the Germans, including using Stuka bombers. The Germans developed as part of Atlantic violence, battery with 4. gun bunkers one firecontrol bunker and several crew bunkers and ammonitionsbunkers.

The guns were from 1902 and had a caliber of 194 mm.

Canon Battery was in early 1945 captured by Canadian forces and the guns destroyed.
